❏ Modified the program to add Element 1656, Inconsistent Code Of Conduct Ind Cd for SY2020-2021. It was added to the following Discipline Reports:

  • SDS0100 - Discipline - Detailed Incident Report
  • SDS1300 - Discipline Audit Report (PEIMS Edits)

This information can be gathered for a report by selecting the Inc checkbox in the Action section of Incident Information on Reports > Create Discipline Report.

Grade Reporting > Maintenance > TeacherPortal Options > Campus

❏ Corrected an issue in the program when a client accesses the page and is immediately directed to the bottom of the page.

This page should always load to the top of the page whenever it accessed or when an action is Saved.

Graduation Plan > Maintenance > Student > Individual Maintenance
Graduation Plan > Reports > Graduation Plan Reports

❏ Modified the Personal Graduation Plan from PGP and Graduation Plan Report SGP1000 to use the grade level from Grade Reporting > Maintenance > Student > Individual Maint > Prior Yr Transfer if available when the student was not enrolled in the district for at least one day for that school year.

❏ Modified the program to add the ADSY checkbox on the Section and Copy Course Section tabs which will indicate the ADSY option for the selected instructor.

Additionally, the following validations for the ADSY Indicator were added:

  • When ADSY is checked and the Role ID is 047 or 087, the user can save changes.
  • When selecting a Role ID other than 047 and 087, the user will not be able to save changes and will receive an error message.

  • In the From drop-down, renamed No Generic Program to No Local Program
  • Under To, renamed Generic Program Code to Local Program Code

❏ Corrected the way the program calculates the number of Charter Students Enrolled in SRG4000 - Charter School Waitlist Report. This calculation includes all ADA Eligibility codes.

❏ Modified the program to add the following Parameter Descriptions:

  • Grade Level (Blank for All)
  • Current or Next Year Students (C=Current,N=Next Year)

  • Rearranged the Voluntary Information section on the Charter School Application Form
  • Updated the field from Last four (4) digits of Social Security Number to Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Add the following disclaimer: *Providing a SSN is voluntary and used to match a student's Unique ID through the Texas Student Data System. If you do not wish to supply the SSN, please supply the SIN. If no SIN exists, one will be generated.

❏ Modified the way the program will print grades when using the browser Print option or Ctrl + P. Grades will print in a spreadsheet pattern as they appear on the application screen rather than in list format.
