❏ Modified the program to only display line U (Percent Attendance) when All is selected for the Instructional Method.

❏ Modified the program to add Element 1656, Inconsistent Code Of Conduct Ind Cd for SY2020-2021. It was added to the following Discipline Reports:

  • SDS0100 - Discipline - Detailed Incident Report
  • SDS1300 - Discipline Audit Report (PEIMS Edits)

This information can be gathered for a report by selecting the Inc checkbox in the Action section of Incident Information on Reports > Create Discipline Report.

❏ Corrected an issue in the program when a client accesses the page and is immediately directed to the bottom of the page.

This page should always load to the top of the page whenever it accessed or when an action is Saved.

  • Under To, renamed Generic Program Code to Local Program Code

❏ Modified the program with the following:

  • Renamed SRG1900 - Generic Programs Enrollment Count to SRG1900 - Local Program Enrollment Count on Registration > Reports > Registration Reports > All and Program
  • Renamed the breadcrumb from SRG1900 Generic Programs Enrollment Count to SRG1900 Local Program Enrollment Count
  • Renamed the parameter from Generic Special Program Code to Local Program Code
  • Renamed the Generic Special Program Codes code lookup window to Local Program Codes

Registration > Reports > Registration Reports > SRG4000 - Charter School Waitlist Roster Report

❏ Corrected the way the program calculates the number of Charter Students Enrolled in SRG4000 - Charter School Waitlist Report. This calculation includes all ADA Eligibility codes.

❏ Modified the program to add the following Parameter Descriptions:

  • Grade Level (Blank for All)
  • Current or Next Year Students (C=Current,N=Next Year)

Registration > Reports > Registration Reports > SRG5000 - Special Education Language Acquisition (SELA) Roster Report

❏ Modified the program to create the SRG5000 - Special Education Language Acquisition (SELA) Roster Report and add it to the Student Report Group reports within the Registration application. At this time TCC recommends selecting “Y” for Page Break on Grade Level parameter. Enhancements will be made to this report in a 2022 school year software update.

❏ Modified the program to rename the roles for Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Annual Student Data Rollover as follows:

  • Rearranged the Voluntary Information section on the Charter School Application Form
  • Updated the field from Last four (4) digits of Social Security Number to Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Add the following disclaimer: *Providing a SSN is voluntary and used to match a student's Unique ID through the Texas Student Data System. If you do not wish to supply the SSN, please supply the SIN. If no SIN exists, one will be generated.

Grades > Cycle & Semester Grades

❏ Modified the way the program will print grades when using the browser Print option or Ctrl + P. Grades will print in a spreadsheet pattern as they appear on the application screen rather than in list format.

Form Management > Form Field Management > New Student Enrollment

❏ Corrected an issue in the program where information entered and saved in Field Instructions does not display on Form Creator > Edit Form.
