❏ Corrected an issue in the program associated with the Home Language Survey.
Graduation Plan > Maintenance > Student > Individual Maintenance > PGP
❏ Modified the program to allow districts to select GED and HiSet options from the drop-down menu for students who meet the college readiness benchmarks on the state's approved high school equivalency (HSE) test and qualify for a TSI exemption.
Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Annual Student Data Rollover
❏ Modified the program in order to clear values on Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Demo3 > Prior Yr Summer Bil/ESL to prepare for new school year records.

❏ Modified the program per TAC §89.1215 to provide the Home Language Survey (HLS) in Spanish as well as in English.
Additionally some fields were modified from drop-down menus to text fields.
Added fields:
- Student ID#
- Address
- Telephone #
- Signature of Student if Grades 9-12
- Date (for Signature of Student if Grades 9-12)
Removed field:
- What is the student’s country of birth? If country not listed in dropdown list, enter country of birth:

❏ Modified the program with the following:
- Added Prior Yr Summer School Bil/ESL to Status Indicators
- Updated the Dyslexia Services code from 01-Section 504 Services to 01-IEP/Sec 504 Svcs

❏ Modified the program to set Submitted By to EXTERNAL when records are imported using the third party registration interface.

❏ Modified the record layout so that when a report is executed, the .csv file correctly uploads to the current FitnessGram software.
