❏ Modified the SHS0102 - Immunization Due Report to disable the Preview button.
❏ Corrected an issue with the SHS0102 - Immunization Due Report.
Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment
❏ Added a street name autocomplete feature to the mailing address and physical address street name fields on Demo1 when Enable Attendance Zones is selected on Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > District Maintenance > Attendance Zone Options.
❏ Added 15. Enrolled in a designated dropout recovery school under TEC §39.0548 and documentation checkbox to the PEIMS at-risk criteria section on the At Risk tab.

❏ Modified the program per TAC §89.1215 to provide the Home Language Survey (HLS) in Spanish as well as in English.
Additionally some fields were modified from drop-down menus to text fields.
Added fields:
- Student ID#
- Address
- Telephone #
- Signature of Student if Grades 9-12
- Date (for Signature of Student if Grades 9-12)
Removed field:
- What is the student’s country of birth? If country not listed in dropdown list, enter country of birth:
Registration > Utilities > Reset Values
❏ Modified the utility to add Foundation Crswrk and Distinguished Crswrk to the drop-down menu in the Item to Reset section.
NOTE: the FHSP endorsements should be assessed for each student, and set if necessary prior to using the Reset Utility for Foundation Coursework and Distinguished Coursework.

❏ Corrected an issue that was preventing teachers from posting attendance if Tracks are different and end on different days.
❏ Corrected an issue on the Student Information page where the Close Window option was not functioning. Sub-pages of the Student Information page should close when Close Window is selected.

❏ Modified the program to display the district image when printing report cards on Print Elementary Report Cards for Campus.
