❏ Modified the program to create the SDS2000 - Individual Student Discipline Report to capture historical discipline records by student.

❏ Modified the program to add a Campus and Date field to each indicator in the Truancy Indicators section.

❏ Modified the Excessive Unexcused Absence Indicator Code utility to set the campus of enrollment and the date at which the 10th absence for Excessive Unexcused Absences was met.

❏ Modified the program to enable the Edit button and allow previously archived/submitted forms to be editable.

❏ Corrected an error when editing a form in order to change a color or background color that the color options box appears on an empty screen.

❏ Corrected an error that caused the order of forms set on ParentPortal Admin > Form Group Management > Student Data Maintenance to be out of order for ParentPortal users.

❏ Corrected an issue so that the Required label is visible on the last Document button.

❏ Modified the program so that information entered in ParentPortal in mixed lower and upper case displays in all caps in TeacherPortal.

❏ Corrected an issue so clients can use the Reset Password or Recover User Name functions.

❏ Corrected an issue when registering a new student that users are not able to Save and Continue Later. Users should be able to save information on the page even if information in all Required fields has not been entered.

❏ Corrected an issue where some online Returning Student Registration Standard Forms were not displaying in ASCENDER.

❏ Corrected an issue causing Interim Progress Reports to display duplicate lines for courses.

❏ Corrected an issue that was causing absences in the Attendance section of Skills-Based Report Cards to display as zero even where there are absences.

❏ Modified the program to add a None option to the drop-down menu in the Last year's grade field so districts can use it as a required field if they choose to.

❏ Corrected an issue that was causing the Cycle Grade Range Report to load instead of the Semester Grade Range Report when a new course-section is selected.

❏ Corrected an issue on Grade Reporting > Maintenance > TeacherPortal Options > District > Administrative Users so that Campus Administrators are able to run the report in TeacherPortal without error.
