❏ Modified the program to exclude non-eligible days so that some reports in the group reflect the correct values for Early Ed Eco Dis Elig Days, Early Ed Lang Elig Days and Early Ed Eco Dis & Lang Elig Days.

❏ Corrected an issue so Spanish special characters save correctly when entering comments on RPT CARD COMMENTS or RPT CARD MSG ELEMENTARY.

❏ Modified the indicators and data entry screens for Child Find so they are editable in Prior Year.

❏ Updated the following screens to allow the Additional Days Program (ADP) code to be added, deleted, or modified so that only the line item containing the ADP code can be edited when selecting the previous school year:

• Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Local Program Codes
• Registration > Maintenance > Campus Profile > Campus Local Program Codes
• Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Local Program

❏ Updated the program to roll over ASCENDER data from the last school year.

❏ Modified the utility so users are able to successfully add new records for PK Funding. The fields for Program Type, Primary Funding and Secondary Funding have been enabled in the Values to Reset > From section.

❏ Additionally, an issue was corrected for the Entry Date field so that users do not receive an “Invalid Entry Date” message.

❏ Modified the program so that when Custom Forms are set to Archive on Form Management > Custom Forms > Edit Custom Forms, they will no longer be available on:

• Form Group Management > Returning Student Registration
  
• Form Group Management > Student Data Maintenance
  
• Form Management > Custom Forms > View Custom Form Data
  

❏ Modified Form Management > Custom Forms > View Custom Form Data to add an Archived Forms section under the Active Forms section.

❏ Corrected an error when editing a form in order to change a color or background color that the color options box appears on an empty screen.

❏ Corrected an error that caused the order of forms set on ParentPortal Admin > Form Group Management > Student Data Maintenance to be out of order for ParentPortal users.

❏ Corrected an issue so that the Required label is visible on the last Document button.

❏ Modified the program so that information entered in ParentPortal in mixed lower and upper case displays in all caps in TeacherPortal.

❏ Corrected an issue so clients can use the Reset Password or Recover User Name functions.

❏ Modified the program to add a None option to the drop-down menu in the Last year's grade field so districts can use it as a required field if they choose to.

❏ Corrected an issue that was causing the program to create an additional no-show record for transfer students when one already exists on another campus.
