❏ Corrected an issue so that the report will correctly report BIL/ESL days when the BIL type = 0, ESL Type = 0, EB Cd = 1, Par Perm Cd = J, and BIL/ESL Fund Cd = BE, and Alt Lang Cd = '02'.

❏ Corrected an issue so that the report will correctly report BIL/ESL days when the BIL type = 0, ESL Type = 0, EB Cd = 1, Par Perm Cd = J, and BIL/ESL Fund Cd = BE, and Alt Lang Cd = '02'.

❏ Modified program logic so that report fields will display correct CTE FTE values in both Table 1 and Table 2.

❏ Corrected an issue in the program where courses were not being reflected on some students Academic Achievement Record (AAR) for non-traditional combinations of courses on a campus with four semesters.


Registration > Maintenance > Core Collections > Child Find: SPPI-12 > Child Find Data

❏ Modified the program with the following changes:

  • Removed TSDS Fatal Rules:

    • 41163-0075 - 41163-0075 For each student Special Education program association reported by the LEA for the Child Find collection, if EFFECTIVE-DATE (Services) is not blank, then EARLY-CHILDHOOD-INTERV-IND-CODE must be “1”.

    • 41163-0077 - If EARLY-CHILDHOOD-INTERV-IND-CODE is “1”, then Student Child Find Association data must be reported with a matching TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID, and ECI-NOTIFICATION-DATE and ECI-TRANSITION-CONFERENCE-DATE must not be blank.

    • 41163-0081 - If ECI-NOTIFICATION-DATE is reported, then student Special Education program association data must be reported with a matching TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID where EARLY-CHILDHOOD-INTERV-IND-CODE is “1”.

  • Removed text regarding “age should be less than 3”.
  • Child Find Data - If Eligibility Determination (ED) Date is not blank, then the ECI Indicator Code in the Enrollment Information section on the Demographics/Enrollment tab must be equal to 1.

❏ Modified the Special Education extract in State Reporting so that when a student has a status change for PPCD location, Child Count Fund Code, CTE Elig, or RDSPD District of Service, the student's Special Ed record will not populate an End Date.
