Attendance > Maintenance > Addtnl Days Program > ADSY Attendance

❏ Corrected the program so ADSY Attendance will use the Local Program Code on Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Local Program Codes instead of State Reporting > Options.

Grade Reporting > Reports > Grade Reporting Reports > Report Cards
Grade Reporting > Utilities > ParentPortal Report Cards

❏ Modified the following reports to show a Direction column for the student mailing address direction (N,S,E,W) when S is selected for the Address parameter:

  • SGR1300
  • SGR1310
  • SGR1350
  • SGR1400
  • SGR1410

❏ Modified Grade Reporting > Utilities > ParentPortal Report Cards to show a Direction column for the student mailing address direction (N,S,E,W) when S is selected for the Address parameter on ParentPortal Report Card Options.

Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Local Program Codes

❏ Corrected the issue that caused the Local Program to TEA PEIMS Codes dropdown menu to malfunction.

❏ Modified the program to allow a user to select the Additional Days Program checkbox in the prior year, after they have run ASDR.

Registration > Reports > Registration Reports > Student Report Group > SRG5010 Child Find SPPI-11 Student Roster Report

❏ Modified the report for 2024 school year and beyond:

  • Replaced the Parent Consent with Dt column with a Consent to Eval Rcvd column.

❏ Modified the report for 2024 school year and beyond:

  • Replaced the Parent Consent with Dt column with a Consent to Eval Rcvd column.

Test Scores > Utilities > Import Test Scores

❏ Updated the program to align with new Cambium student data standards so that SSN/PEIMS IDs will no longer be included in SDR requests and state assessment results files.

❏ Added fields for school year 2024 for STAAR EOC regular and EOC Historical Cumulative imports.
