Attendance Extracts
❏ Modified the CTE Attendance extract to decrease runtime and to reduce the possibility of tables locking.
❏ Modified the Special Education Attendance extract to decrease runtime and to reduce the possibility of tables locking.
Attendance > Maintenance > Campus > Campus Calendar
❏ Corrected the issue that caused the Calendar Event code to incorrectly populate, signifying a Waiver Day when Waiver Day 01 is selected for the full day.
Attendance > Maintenance > Rural Pathways (R-PEP)
❏ Created a page to collect R-PEP information so districts can enter NumberOfHoursInRPEP by reporting period.
Data Element: NumberOfHoursInRPEP (E3090) captures the number of hours during a particular reporting period a student participates in the Rural Pathway Excellence Partnership (R-PEP) program.
Attendance > Maintenance > Rural Pathways (R-PEP)
❏ Updated the extract to collect data for Rural Pathways (R-PEP).
Registration > Utilities > Reset Values
❏ Updated the utility to add IGC Reviewed to the drop-down menu for Item to Reset.
