On pages with grids, the +Add link is used to add rows to the grid. Click +Add, and a blank row is added to the grid, usually at the bottom, allowing you to add a new row of data.



On some pages, the +Add 10 link is available allowing you to add 10 rows at once.



In some cases, clicking +Add opens a pop-up window in which you can enter data.

On pages without a grid, an Add or New button (or similarly named button) is used to add a new record. Click Add, and the page is cleared of data, or a pop-up window opens, allowing you to add and save a new record.
