The Graduation Plans lookup is used to select a graduation plan if you do not know the code.

Select a graduation plan code:

1. Graduation plans are listed in order by code.

2. To search for a code, begin typing the code or description in the Search field. The list is automatically filtered to display the graduation plans that contain the characters you have typed.

3. When you locate the code you want to retrieve, click the code. The lookup closes, and the field is populated with the selected code.

4. Click Cancel to close the lookup without selecting a code.
