SGP0200 - Students Lacking Credits for Graduation

Graduation Plan > Reports > SGP0200 - Students Lacking Credits for Graduation

This report allows you to print data for all students lacking credit for one or more subject, as indicated on Maintenance > Student > Individual Maintenance > Credit Summary. The program first evaluates if the student is lacking credit in at least one subject.

ParameterDescription
Campus ID (Blank for All)
Current Grade Level (Blank for All)

Type the two-character grade level, click ellipsis button to select the grade level, or leave blank to select all grade levels.

Select the student's current year grade level.

Subjects to Print (L=Only Subject Areas w/ Lacking Credits, A=All Subject Areas)

If the student is lacking credit in at least one subject:

L - Include only subjects where the student is lacking credit.

A - Include all subjects for students are lacking credit in one or more subjects.
