Graduation Plan > Reports > SGP0200 - Students Lacking Credits for Graduation
This report allows you to print data for all students lacking credit for one or more subject, as indicated on Maintenance > Student > Individual Maintenance > Credit Summary. The program first evaluates if the student is lacking credit in at least one subject.
The program determines which subject areas to place courses under based on the following fields. If the information is not found in the first table, the program goes to the next:
Local service IDs will be accepted in the student's graduation plan.
NOTE: The first five digits must match the service ID in the district course table.

Campus ID (Blank for All) |
Type the three-digit campus ID, or click NOTE: If you select to create the report for all campuses, any campuses excluded from district reporting (i.e., campuses that have the Exclude from District Reporting field selected on Registration > Maintenance > Campus Profile > Campus Information Maintenance > Control Info) are not included in the report. However, you can generate the report for an individual excluded campus by entering the campus ID. |
Current Grade Level (Blank for All) |
Type the two-character grade level, click Select the student's current year grade level. |
