As required by The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), this report will extract data for those students who have a local program code of PEB. Districts are responsible to determining the students that should be coded with PEB according to the eligibility criteria provided by HHSC.
HHSC only accepts files that are 10,000 students or less. If you know your file will contain more than 10,000 students, run the report by campus.
Deadline for submission: December 9, 2021.
