Attendance > Reports > Attendance Reports > Audit > SAT5100 - Flexible Attendance Student Detail Report

Added the report which provides totals by week and includes all eligible/ineligible attendance minutes, including special program minutes. This report displays data from Maintenance > Flexible Attendance > Weekly Register Worksheet. This is a detail report of the data on SAT5000. Data is broken down into two groups: OFSDP and HSEP. Campus totals for each group are displayed.

Enhancements

  • Modified the format of online Help. Help now opens in a browser window or tab (depending on your browser settings). Most Help features function as before. Information about new features is available at http://tcc-help.net/txeis/student/doku.php/start. (35384*)

Program Changes

Attendance > Maintenance > Campus > Campus Calendar

Modified the program to allow the first day of school to be designated as a Shortened Waiver Day or an Other Waiver Day. (35410)

Added a warning message that is displayed if Total Waiver Mins (WM) exceeds the TEA limits. (35410)

Attendance > Maintenance > Campus > Campus Calendar

  • Added the Attendance was taken field which is displayed in the pop-up window when you select Other Waiver Day event for a non-half-day-PK campus. The field allows you to indicate whether the day is instructional or not. (35329*)
    • If the Daily Minutes entered are equal to the Shortened Minimum Daily Minutes, the date automatically becomes an instructional day (i.e. membership day) and waiver day (whether or not Attendance was taken is selected).
    • If Attendance was taken is not selected, and Daily Minutes entered are less than the Shortened Minimum Daily Minutes, the date becomes a holiday (i.e., non-membership day) and waiver day.
    • If Attendance was taken is selected, and Daily Minutes entered are less than the Shortened Minimum Daily Minutes, the date becomes an instructional day (i.e. membership day) and waiver day.

Moved SAT5000 - Flexible Attendance District Summary report from the Students group to the Audit group. (32677*)
