Create the following report in the applicable school year’s data to verify students who received Extended School Year services.

Special Education > Reports > Create Special Ed CY Report



❏ Under Demographic Data select the fields to include in the report. The following fields are recommended:

• Sch Yr
• Campus ID
• Student ID
• Grade
• Last Name
• First Name

❏ Under Program Information select all fields for Extended School Year Services.

❏ Click Create Report.

• Once the report opens users can:

  • ❏ Select Sort/Filter
  • ❏ Select Filter Criteria
  • ❏ Click Add Criterion
    • From the Column dropdown select Extended Sch Yr Services.
    • From the Operator dropdown select “=”.
    • In the Value field enter “1”.
  • ❏ Click OK

Use the following screen in the applicable school year’s data to add or update this entity.
