Enable TeacherPortal


Grade Reporting > Maintenance > TeacherPortal Options > District > Options

Set TeacherPortal Use Flag to TeacherPortal is enabled.

Grade Reporting > Maintenance > TeacherPortal Options > District > Options with TeacherPortal enabled

Enable ASCENDER ParentPortal
ASCENDER ParentPortal Admin > Admin Settings > District Settings

Set ParentPortal is active as of to the current date. “Active” will be displayed.

NOTE: Once ParentPortal is enabled parents will be able to login and see their child's schedule.


Enable StudentPortal
Graduation Plan > Maintenance > StudentPortal > Campus Options

Set Use Graduation Plan to Read Only or Open.

Graduation Plan > Maintenance > StudentPortal > Campus Options with StudentPortal enabled
