SGR0300 - Student Counts by Section

Grade Reporting > Reports > Grade Reporting Reports > Instructors > SGR0300 - Student Counts by Section

This report lists the number of students in each section of a course for each semester for the current year only. Self-paced courses are indicated.

You can sort and filter report data once the report is exported to a CSV file.

Run the report:

ParameterDescription
Campus ID

Type the three-digit campus ID, or click ellipsis button to select the campus.

Control Nbr (Blank for All)

Type the three-digit control number (instructor ID), click ellipsis button to select the control number, or leave blank to select all control numbers.

Course Nbr (Blank for All)

Type the course number, including all leading zeros. Or, click Picklist to select the course. Leave blank to select all courses in the district.
