Grade Reporting > Reports > Grade Reporting Reports > Grades > SGR2070 - Grd Avg Info - By Student (Info Only)
This report displays information used in calculating grade average and class rank. The heading of the report shows the value of the Grades Used for Grade Average field on the Maintenance > Tables > Campus Control Options > H Roll & Gr Avg tab. This report is strictly for information only and is intended to be used as an aid in interpreting results from the Grade Averaging and Class Ranking utility. The report does not update student grade averaging records.
Each grade is listed in the Grade column as it appears in the student's record. The grade is listed again in the Weighted Value column reflecting its adjusted value after weighting is applied. GA Wgt and GA Table are also displayed. The GA Wgt is totaled and used as the course factor in calculating the average.
If errors are encountered (e.g., you selected Y for the Process only H.S. Credit Lvl Crs for Middle School parameter option, and there are students with a blank next year campus), the Preview Errors button is displayed. Click Preview Errors to view the report.
Notes: When a student has been withdrawn from one campus where he has at least one grade in one course and transfers to another campus, the student will be included in the utility when run by the first campus if the first campus chooses to include withdrawn students, until the student receives a grade in at least one class at the new campus.
+Grades/Credits Reflect EOC Assessment will not appear on reports from 2013-2014 forward.
Course sections with the Non Campus Based field set to 08:Credit by Exam on Maintenance > Master Schedule > Campus Schedule > Section are calculated if one of the following is true:
The grade used in the Grds Used for Grade Avg on Maintenance > Tables > Campus Control Options > H Roll & Gr Avg is C. The Grds Used to Grade Avg is F and the student enrolled in the 08 section has a final grade.
The Grds Used for Grade Avg is S and the student enrolled in the 08 section has a semester grade.
