Staff Extract Automatic Crosswalks
If your district maintains staff payroll data in greater detail than the state-mandated level, the detail is summarized to the state-mandated level. The automatic crosswalks in the extract program perform the summarization.
The state-mandated level of detail for staff payroll data can be found in the TEA Financial Accountability System Resource Guide.
The program only extracts staff payroll records where the object is 6148, 6149, or ≤ 6139, and the fund is ≤ 799. The extract program will automatically make the following changes to the staff payroll data being extracted:
