Generate the HRS6050 Contract Balance Variance Report. HR > CYR > Reports > HR Reports > Payroll Information Reports

This report looks at the pay rate for each employee and multiplies it by the number of remaining payments. It then compares this amount with the Contract Balance on the Job Info tab. If there is a variance of more than a few pennies, manual calculations should be done to determine any corrections that may need to be entered. This report should be generated once with a ‘Pay Type 1’ and again with a ‘Pay Type 2’.
