b. Budget data is pulled from Finance for applicable funds. Totals will include amounts entered into ASCENDER by the end of October. We recommend entering budget amendments by the PEIMS As-of/Snapshot date (last Friday in October).

Reported data includes the following: 1. Fund (199, 240, and 599) 2. Function 3. Object a. Report 5XXX – 8XXX b. 61XX are collapsed into 6100, 62XX into 6200, 63XX into 6300, etc.) 4. Organization 5. Fiscal Year 6. Program Intent 7. Amount 8. Begin & End Date (uses the time/date stamp assigned at the time of data entry – not the transaction date)
