State Reporting > Maintenance > Summer > Student
❏ Corrected the program which was setting the LEP Indicator to 1 for some students when the Attendance Extract was run for semester 2.
State Reporting > Utilities > Create TSDS Core Collections Interchanges
❏ Modified the Early Childhood Data System - PK > Staff Association Interchange to extract data for instructors who are teaching a qualifying PK homeroom class containing only grade level EE students.
❏ Corrected the issue that caused certain students to be excluded from the Residential Facility Tracking > StudentEnrollment and StudentParent Interchanges. Also, corrected the issue that prevented inactive students from being populated in the Selected Students ellipses.
❏ Corrected the issue that caused the Early Childhood Data System - PK > Staff Association Interchange to fail when a Student-only district added PK instructor data to the Business Human Resources application.
❏ Corrected the Early Childhood Data System - PK interchange for Student-only schools where the Selected Staff field was displaying an error.
State Reporting > Utilities > Create TSDS PEIMS Interchanges
❏ Corrected the program to write a blank value to <TX-EffectiveDateSpEd/> and extract data for the following collections. Previously, the program failed to create the interchanges if there was an invalid Entry Date on the student's Special Education record.
State Reporting > Reports > Summer
❏ Removed the Staff Report Group from the page, which included the following reports:
❏ Corrected the Summer Student Special Education report to display a second row with the Effective Date (i.e., Exit Date on the Registration > Maintenance > Summer > Student > Special Ed tab) and all zero values for students exiting the Special Education program.
