- Added existing data element PROGRAM-EVALUATION-TYPE (E1626) (TX-ProgramEvaluationType) to the complex type as optional (Y).

- Added existing data element CHILD-CARE-OPERATION-NUMBER (E1726) (TX-ChildCareOperationNumber) to the complex type as optional (Y) for the ECDS Prekindergarten Submission.

- Revised TOOL-OR-ASSESSMENT-USED (E1668) (TX-ToolOrAssessmentUsed) to use codes and descriptions from Code Table DC166 instead of Code Table DC162.

- Made TX-ECITransitionConferenceDatto be no longer mandatory.
- Deleted TX-ParentalConsentDate.
- Added elements TX-OriginalECIServiceDate and TX-ConsentToEvaluationReceivedDate.
- Made TX-ConsentToEvaluationReceivedDatemandatory.
- SPPI-11: data is now extracted from SR_STU_SPPI11.DT_CONSENT_EVAL_RCVD.
- SPPI-12: data is now extracted from SR_STU_SPPI12.DT_CONSENT_EVAL_RCVD.
- Deleted the StudentSpecialEdProgramAssociationExtension from the interchange.
