- Allow the assignment of School Day Event type code 03/04 to the first Thursday of any month, to any weekend or to any holiday, within the first and last day of the school year
- Removed the edit that did not allow School Day Event type code 03/04 to be assigned to a weekend or holiday
- Allow Begin Cycle day and First Day of School to be a Waiver day or Weather day regardless of the selection for School Day Event type
