❏ Corrected an issue in the program associated with the Home Language Survey.

❏ Corrected an issue in Grade Reporting and Graduation Plan so the gray navigation menu will stay hidden after initially clicking on a menu option and hiding the menu then selecting tabs inside the application.

❏ Changed the report preview PDF and CSV icons to improve readability.

❏ Removed the Standard-Based Grading section from the page.

❏ Corrected an issue that was preventing teachers from being able to post students active or inactive on the first day of school for the ADA period.

❏ Modified the SGR2010 - Numeric Honor Roll report so an error message will display at the bottom of the page when Honor Roll Cutoff Levels are set and no students meet the criteria.

❏ Expanded the IBC Exam Fee field on the Credentials or Certification tab to allow values for decimals and cents.

❏ Modified the program per TAC §89.1215 to provide the Home Language Survey (HLS) in Spanish as well as in English.

Additionally some fields were modified from drop-down menus to text fields.

  • Date (for Signature of Student if Grades 9-12)

❏ Modified the Entry Date field to allow a prior year date that will be reported as the Eligibility-Date for the SELA Submission, StudentParent Interchange.

❏ Added Validation Rule

  • 41163-0072 (Fatal) - If LANG-ACQ-SERVICES-PROVIDED is Direct or Indirect/Consultative, then FREQUENCY-OF-SERVICES and HOURS-SPENT-RECEIVING-SERVICES must be reported.

❏ Updated Validation Rules

  • 40100-0204 - If age is less than 9 on September 1, and DISABILITY is Deaf-Blindness (Deaf-Blind) or Hearing/Auditory Impairment (Auditory Impairment), then there must be a Special Education program association reported with a matching TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID, including INSTRUCTIONAL-SETTING-CODE, LANG-ACQ-SERVICES-PROVIDED, and PREFERRED-HOME-COMMUNICATION-METHOD.
  • 41163-0062 (Fatal) - If LANG-ACQ-SERVICES-PROVIDED is Services not Provided, then FREQUENCY-OF-SERVICES and HOURS-SPENT-RECEIVING-SERVICES must not be reported.

❏ Deleted Validation Rules

  • 41163-0054 (Fatal) - If LANG-ACQ-SERVICES-PROVIDED is not blank, then FREQUENCY-OF-SERVICES and HOURS-SPENT-RECEIVING-SERVICES must not be blank.
  • 41163-0063 (Fatal) - If FREQUENCY-OF-SERVICES is None, then LANG-ACQ-SERVICES-PROVIDED must be Services not Provided and HOURS-SPENT-RECEIVING-SERVICES must be 0 Hours.
  • 41163-0064 (Fatal) - If HOURS-SPENT-RECEIVING-SERVICES is 0 Hours, then LANG-ACQ-SERVICES-PROVIDED must be Services not Provided and FREQUENCY-OF-SERVICES must be None.

❏ Modified the program so that when Custom Forms are set to Archive on Form Management > Custom Forms > Edit Custom Forms, they will no longer be available on:

❏ Corrected an issue where some students are showing duplicate absences in the Attendance section of the Student Information page when the student has a fractured schedule and does not meet Monday through Friday.


❏ Modified the program to disable the top and bottom PIN field and Post button, once the attendance is posted.


Grades > Assignment Grades

❏ Corrected the Print issue that caused missing and misaligned data on the report.

❏ Modified the program to add assignment sorting by Due Date.


❏ Modified the program so admin users with read-only access cannot modify grades or post attendance.


❏ Corrected an issue with the session timeout function freezing the page. Session timeout will now return the user to the log in page.


❏ Corrected an issue where imported grades were not saving.

❏ Modified the import message to the following:

Assignment grades import complete.
Click OK to continue.
Enter PIN and click Save to update.


❏ Corrected an issue in the program when accepting a transferred student where clicking the T will not keep the assignments as Excluded after PIN and Save.

❏ Corrected an issue where letter grades in the Override column did not save when a user enters PIN and Save.

❏ Corrected an issue where the Auto Grade was not showing in parentheses.


Grades > IPR Comments

❏ Corrected an issue that prevented comments from being added when the teacher has Group selected for Course-Section.


Reports > Cycle Grade Range

❏ Corrected an issue that was causing the Cycle Grade Range Report to generate for all grades even though only one grade was specified.


Reports > Class Roster

❏ Modified the program so column widths are the same when printing the Class Roster Report.


❏ Corrected an issue when teachers have courses grouped together and select Course-Section in Sorting Options, that the courses are sorting in the incorrect order.


Reports > Student Grades Report (and UIL Eligibility)

❏ Corrected an issue when a teacher runs the report using All for Course-Section.


Reports > Student Notes

❏ Corrected an issue in the program causing the page break to fail between the Student Assignment Note Report section and the Course Assignment Note Report section when both note types were selected in Note Selection Options.


Admin > Set Up Standards-Based Courses

❏ Modified the program to add a check-all check box next to Usage Indicator to allow the user to select all courses at once instead of one at a time.
