❏ Modified the utility to look for in-district courses on the Prior Yr Transfer tab when populating the School Year drop-down so that iTCCs-converted databases can use the utility.

iTCCs-converted districts must have verified the data in the verification environment provided to them for the utility to be enabled for their district.
