SGR4600 - TeacherPortal Disallowed Weight Type

Grade Reporting > Reports > Grade Reporting Reports > Master Schedules > SGR4600 - TeacherPortal Disallowed Weight Type

This report lists instructors who are currently using a weighting type for a course-section in TeacherPortal that is not allowed by the campus. The report includes the instructor's ID and full name, the disallowed weighting type(s), and the course-section(s) in which the weighting type is used.

The allowed campus weighting types are set on Maintenance > TeacherPortal Options > Campus > Options.

Run the report:

ParameterDescription
Campus ID

Type the three-digit campus ID, or click ellipsis button to select the campus.

Semester (1, 2, 3, 4)

Type the one-digit semester.

Valid semesters are 1 and 2.

For a four-semester campus, valid semesters are 1, 2, 3, and 4.
