Health > Maintenance > Student Health > Demo
The Demo tab displays the demographic data for the retrieved student. The data is maintained on Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Demo1 and Demo2. The fields cannot be updated on this page.
The following demographic data is displayed for the student:
- Student ID
- Student Name
- Grade Level
- Gender
- SSN
- Medicaid Eligible
- Medicaid ID
- Enrollment Status - indicates whether the student is active or withdrawn
- Original Entry Date - indicates the student’s original entry date, which is set by the first enrollment record
- Withdrawal Date - indicates the last withdrawal date if the student has ever withdrawn
- Control # / Instructor - indicates the control number assigned to the student
Note: If no control number is assigned to the student in the Registration application, N/A is displayed. - Age - calculated using the system date
Note: If the student is less than two years old, the age is in months. - Track
