❏ Modified the program to not generate or email the Budget and Payroll extract files/PDFs if the new Extract TSDS database column is set to 0. This pauses emails for Budget and Payroll until after the Fiscal Year Close process is done for the current year. If the Extract TSDS database column is set to 1, 2 or 3, the Budget and Payroll extracts/PDFs will be generated and emailed as usual.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused clients to receive “400 Bad Request” errors when attempting to send Delete Records for calendar dates that had not been previously sent to the API.

❏ Corrected the issue that caused LEAs to receive Fatal Error 41163-0034 in TSDS for LEAOfRDSPDService 000000 in the StudentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation Entity.
