❏ Modified the Prior Year Leaver extract to extract IBC records with dates between June 1 and August 31.
TSDS Known Issues
❏ Modified the Student.Name extract to pull name fields from the long fields in SR_STU_ENROLL.
❏ Corrected issues for the 2025 Census Block export that prevented data from generating to the Census Block export file and caused all students to appear on the List Of Students Not Eligible for Export report.
❏ Modified the StudentEducationOrganizationAssociation so that when PKProgramTypeSet and PKFundingSourceSet data is updated and deleted in the extract process.
❏ Modified the Prior Year Leavers extract to correctly extract 2025 No-Show students who do not have a Homeless Status record on Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Demo3 to the PriorYearLeaver entity and the PriorYearYearLeaverParent entity.
Fatal-Parent Permission (40100-0142)
❏ Corrected the issue that caused data to be deleted when a user changes a Bilingual Indicator Code to a different Bilingual Indicator Code and/or changes an ESL Indicator Code to a different ESL Indicator Code.
❏ Corrected an issue in the program so StudentLanguageInstructionProgramAssociation successfully reports for students that are Emergent Bilingual 1, have a Parental Permission C, 7, 8, and are not in a Bilingual or ESL Program.
NOTE: TCC will be re-extracting all Bil/ESL records.
Fatal Error (48011-0018)
❏ Corrected the issue that caused some users to receive Special Warnings for Fall PEIMS (48011-0018) regarding Distinguished Level of Achievement data not pulling from ASCENDER to TSDS.
