❏ Modified the URLs for Registration > Utilities > Delete StudentPortal Account and Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Local Programs so the Help pages are correctly retrieved.


Attendance > Maintenance > Student > Student Inquiry > Cumulative Absences

❏ Updated SAT0000 - Absence Transaction List, SAT1200 - Excessive Absence Report, SAT1500 - Daily Attendance Report I, and SAT1900 - Perfect Attendance Report so that code W (Obtain a driver’s license) and code O (Life-threatening illness) will now be considered Excused per the following new guidelines for Funded Absence Excuses:

  • SB289: Provides for an excused absence to obtain a driver’s license-misses school for the purpose of visiting a driver’s license office to obtain a driver’s license or learner permit. The student must be enrolled in high school and 15 years of age or older. Your district may not excuse the student for more than one day of school during the period the student is enrolled in high school for each purpose (obtaining a driver’s license and obtaining a learner license). Your district must verify the student’s visit to the driver’s license office in accordance with the procedures adopted by your district.
  • HB699: Excuses a student with a life-threatening illness-is absent as the result of a serious or life-threatening illness or related treatment that makes the student’s attendance infeasible. Documentation from a health care professional licensed, certified, or registered to practice in Texas must be provided that specifies the student’s illness and the anticipated period of the student’s absence relating to the illness or related treatment.

Grade Reporting


❏ Modified Grade Reporting > Utilities > Historical Grd Avg and Class Ranking to look for in-district courses on the Prior Yr Transfer tab when populating the School Year drop-down so that iTCCs converted databases can use the utility. iTCCs-converted districts must have verified the data in the verification environment provided to them for the utility to be enabled for their district.

❏ Modified the utility so it will calculate at risk numbers to accommodate new score charts for EOC Online Primary Base Form (SO) and Online Secondary Base Form (DO).

❏ Updated the SRG1500 - Student At Risk Listing report to reorder the existing At-Risk Indicators section.

❏ Updated the SRG1600 - Student At Risk Profile report to reorder the existing At Risk Criteria and Documentation sections.

  • Added new criteria question, 15. Enrolled in a designated dropout recovery school under TEC §39.0548? and documentation, Copy of documentation indicating enrollment in a designated dropout recovery school under TEC §39.0548.


❏ Updated the SRG0400 - Student Information Sheets report to reorder the existing At Risk criteria to match the current TWEDS AT-RISK-INDICATOR-CODE Definition.

❏ Corrected an issue in the program to ensure that when a teacher adds notes in Grade Properties that the session will not timeout and the information in the note will not be lost.

❏ Corrected an issue in the program where course averages are displaying as Auto Grade but are not set to Auto Grade in Grade Reporting > Maintenance > Master Schedule > District Schedule.


Grades > Print IPR

❏ Corrected an issue when users select students and print IPRs and when returning to the previous screen only those selected students are displayed rather than all students for the selected course-section.

❏ Corrected an issue when users select students and print IPRs that when returning to the previous screen a different course-section loads.
