District Administration > Utilities > Annual Student Data Rollover (ASDR)

❏ Corrected the issue that caused student immunization records to be incomplete after running the ASDR process. Records for the new school year were missing the student's prior year Immunization Types and Codes on the Health > Maintenance > Student Health > Immunization and Health > Maintenance > Tables > Immunization Type tabs.

SR_STU_ASSOC Tables

❏ Modified the following tables for sy 2026 and beyond, to update the begin and end dates when students withdraw from the school or re-enter the school (both regular and no-show students):
