❏ Updated the extract for the 2022 school year with the following:

• Removed logic pertaining to the reimbursement indicator.
• Removed Crisis Codes (8A, 8B, 8C and 9A, 9B, 9C) so they will not extract.
• Added the Parent Request Retention Indicator to extract for all PK-12 grade students.
• Modified Industry Certifications to extract if earned between June 1, 2021 and August 31, 2021.

❏ Added Parent Request Retention to the Status Indicators section on the Demo tab. This element indicates an enrolled student was retained at the request of the parent or guardian.

This information will be reported in Fall PEIMS for PK-12th graders.

❏ Modified LEP/English learner (EL) to display EB/English learner (EL) in the Bilingual/ESL section on the Enrollment tab.

❏ Modified the Fall Collection Student Interchange with the following:

• The IBC Exam Fee amount will display and will report amounts in dollars and cents.
• The IBC Exam Fee amount tagline will not be generated if the value is equal to 0.00.
• Added ADA Eligibility 9 for Census Block edit Rule 40100-190.
• Added tagline TX-ParentRequestRetentionIndicator for grades PK-12.

❏ Modified the Summer Collection Student Interchange with the following:

• The IBC Exam Fee amount will display and will report amounts in in dollars and cents.
• The IBC Exam Fee amount tagline will not be generated if the value is equal to 0.00.

❏ Modified Core Collection Early Childhood Data System - KG, Early Childhood Data System - PK, and Special Education Language Acquisition Student Parent Interchange to replace limited English proficient with emergent bilingual when the LimitedEnglishProficiency tagline is generated.

❏ Modified logic to generate the TX-NumberCharterStudentsEnrolled tagline with a value of 0 when a campus does not have any Charter students enrolled.

❏ Modified the program to generate the Student Parent Interchange and Student Enrollment Interchange based on the As-Of Date entered by the client. The As-Of Date refers back to the Charter School Admission Application Date.

❏ Modified Core Collection Class Roster - Fall to exclude EE, PK, and KG grade level courses from the Master Schedule Interchange.

❏ Updated interchange logic so that when LANG-ACQ-SERVICES-PROVIDED (E1662) is 00 - Services not Provided, then FREQUENCY-OF-SERVICES (E1663) and HOURS-SPENT-RECEIVING-SERVICES (E1664) will not be reported.

❏ Added Census Block and a checkbox to the Fall Collection Student Data section that will delete census block data from the Fall Collection.

❏ Removed the Staff Data option from the Summer Collection section.

❏ Modified the Fall Student Demo Data report for the 2021-2022 school year to add column heading P Req Reten and to remove column heading CTE.

❏ Modified the program to allow the Student Enrollment Interchange to generate for students who are not participating in any Extended Year Program and who are Prior Year Bilingual/ESL Summer School only students.

❏ Modified the Student Enrollment Interchange on State Reporting > Utilities > Create TSDS PEIMS Interchanges to only create one record for an ADSY student for that student's campus of enrollment when the student attends the ADSY Program on a different campus.

❏ Corrected an issue that was preventing the ADSY Days Present/Absent from generating when running the extract.

❏ Added type ADP Additional Days School Year Courses to the Crosswalk Type drop-down menu.

❏ Modified the program to extract Staff Demo and Responsibility records when one or more of the Additional Days School Year (ADSY) staff has multiple current year rows with Role ID 087 and/or 047 in bhr_responsibility.

❏ Modified the program to attribute the student Additional Days School Year (ADSY) attendance to the correct campus when the student participated in the ADSY program at a campus other than the one where the student was enrolled.

❏ Modified the Demo tab to allow the Student Census Block field to be edited with a 12-digit numeric value if the student qualifies.

❏ Modified Demo to remove edit: 40110-0120 from Extended Year PEIMS. If Summer School Bil/ESL is not checked then Campus of Enrollment must be blank.

❏ Modified the Core Collection Special Education Language Acquisition (SELA) Student Parent Interchange to add data element ELIGIBILITY-DATE (E1723) under the Disability complex type.

ELIGIBILITY-DATE indicates the date upon which a student who is deaf or hard of hearing is eligible for services. This date may be outside of the current school year and will extract from the Entry Date on the SELA Services tab.

❏ Modified Export Address for school year 2022 to include students with ADA Eligibility Code 9 who are economically disadvantaged and who are enrolled on the PEIMS Fall snapshot date.
