❏ Modified the program to add existing data elements IBC-EXAM-FEE and IBC-VENDOR-CODE

• IBC-EXAM-FEE-AMOUNT (E1654) identifies the amount of money that was paid for a student's industry-based certification examination by the local education agency for which the local education agency is requesting reimbursement from TEA.
  

• IBC-VENDOR-CODE (E1655) identifies the organization or company that offered the service.

FINANCIAL-AID-APPLICATION-CODE (E1724) indicates the manner in which the student completed the graduation requirement of either completing a financial aid application (FAFSA or TAFSA) or submitting an exception.

❏ Modified the program to add data element TX-AdditionalDaysProgramIndicator to Summer PEIMS Education Organization Interchange.

ADDITIONAL-DAYS-PROGRAM-INDICATOR-CODE (E1671) indicates whether the campus offers an Additional Days School Year program to any students in prekindergarten through fifth grades as described in TEC Sec. 48.0051.

❏ Modified the program to add the following data elements to Summer PEIMS Student Interchange:

DYSLEXIA-INDICATOR-CODE (E1530) indicates whether a student is identified under TEC §48.009.

DYSLEXIA-SCREENING-EXCEPTION-REASON (E1732) is only reported and must be reported for students in kindergarten and first grade who have not been screened for dyslexia or related disorders (DYSLEXIA-RISK-CODE of “03”).

POST-SECONDARY-CERTIFICATION-LICENSURE-RESULT (E1733) indicates the result of a state, nationally, or internationally recognized industry-based certification exam taken by a student.

❏ Updated the Limited English Proficiency (LEP) codes 03 and 04 description for the Student Parent Interchange for Core Collections SELA, ECDS – PK, and ECDS – KG.

❏ Updated the utility to add the HOME-LANGUAGE-CODE (E0895) (Code Table C092) (TX-HomeLanguage) element to the State Performance Plan Indicator 14 (SPPI-14) Student Parent Interchange.

The data will extract from the prior year record.

❏ Corrected an issue with the utility so it will filter and extract only those students who do not have a Census Block Number.

❏ Updated the LEP column header to EB in the following reports:

• State Reporting > Reports > Fall > Enrollment Data
• State Reporting > Reports > Summer > Basic Attendance
• State Reporting > Reports > Summer > Flexible Attendance

❏ Modified the program to add the Student Industry Based Certification Data report for Fall PEIMS.

❏ Modified the Student Leaver Graduation Data report with the following changes:

• Updated report logic to pull the data for students who have PF_SCHOOL_LEAVERS.LEAVER_RSN1=01
• Added a Financial Aid Application column to the right of the Arts & Humn column.
• Removed the Post-Scndry Lic/Cert section.
