❏ Corrected an issue with the magnifying glass so when selected, it will display the appropriate course details.

❏ Corrected an issue when users click on a grade link, the user is taken to the appropriate grade update page (i.e., prior year, current year).

❏ Modified the current STAAR Interim 3-8 and EOC extracts to conform to new file layouts.

❏ Modified the Student Report Group to the create the SRG6000 - Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) (2021 Summer) extract and report.

Districts may code students to extract students on the SRG6000 extract and report by completing the following:

• Go to Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Local Program Codes and add a new local Program Code called PEB. To save, adding a Program Code to a student with an Entry Date that falls within the current school year is required. An Exit Date is optional to save. The Entry Date/Exit Date fields are not the Entry Date/Exit Date for NSLP and the information will not be included in the extract or report. There are optional fields for the extract and the columns will be empty.

• Go to Registration > Maintenance > Campus Profile > Campus Local Program Codes and add the PEB Program Code

• Add the local program code PEB to individual students through Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Local Program

• Add the local program code PEB to a group of students through Registration > Utilities > Reset Values using the Local Program Code in Item to Reset

• Verify all the students are coded properly by running SRG6000 and entering the parameter of Ending School Year (YYYY) as 2022. The extract will show school year 2020-2021.

• The extract/report parameter Include Withdrawn Students references students that withdrew from the local program PEB if an Exit Date for the student exists. If 'Y' is selected, withdrawn students from the program will be included in the extract/report. In that case, the Entry/Exit Date columns will be empty in the extract since they are optional fields. If 'N' is selected, withdrawn students from the program will not be included in the extract/report.
