❏ Modified the SAT5500 - Attendance Zones Street Detail Report so the error message produced will indicate From Street Name must be less than To Street Name.
Discipline > Reports > Discipline > SDS1300 - Discipline Audit Report (PEIMS Edits)
❏ Modified the program to update the report header with the TSDS Edit Number (44425-XXXX) instead of the Legacy Edit Number.
Grade Reporting > Maintenance > Student > Individual Maint > Crs Assign
❏ Modified the program to correct an issue preventing withdrawn course sections from being displayed for Semester 3 and 4 when Include All WD Courses for a individual student is selected.
❏ Updated color contrast for ease of readability to the following:
Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Attendance Zones > CY Attendance Zone
❏ Modified the program to increase the size of the surround box so that the Date Capped field is not cut off.
❏ Modified the program so the user will get a warning message before deleting the last campus in an Attendance Zone segment giving them warning that they will be deleting the segment since there are no campuses associated with the segment anymore.

❏ Corrected the utility on Attendance Zones to enable the user in one step to delete a campus and add a campus with overlapping grades.

❏ Modified the following program messages:
• Message = CY Transfer Factor - Valid codes must be A-Z.
• Message = CY Transfer Factor - Code “X” is a duplicate and cannot be added.
• Message = CY Transfer Factor - Code “X” in use and cannot be deleted.

❏ Modified Demo1 to deliver a correct message when an address outside the campus or district Attendance Zones is entered.
❏ Modified the Att Zone Home Campus field on Demo2 to automatically update with the student's Home Campus when they are attending a campus outside their Attendance Zone.
❏ Corrected an issue on Demo3 so users are able to successfully add Foundation High School Program credentials to a student record in the Graduation section.

❏ Corrected the program so the Guardian Verified checkbox will set the ParentPortal account email as verified, allowing users with verified accounts the ability to use all features of the application.

❏ Modified the utility to add a Use Attn Zones NY option for campuses so they may set the NY campus based on the campus assigned to the student based on the Attendance Zone directory.

❏ Modified the program to enable the O/E/B drop-down menu in the Address Being Changed To section.

❏ Modified the program when Attendance Zones is disabled for a district so there will not be inconsistent behavior in areas of the Registration application where Attendance Zones functionality is present.

❏ Modified the following on the SRG2600 - Attendance Zones Invalid Addresses report:
• Corrected programming so information in the O/E/B column will only appear once.
• Changed Trans Fact to Xfer Fact
• Changed Valid to Valid Campus
• Valid Campus will display the valid Home Campus based on the students Attendance Zone and grade. The Home Campus is the campus for the student before the Xfer Fact would have been saved to the student's record. The information is populated from Demo 2, Att Zone Home Campus. If the Valid Campus is blank, the student is out of district.
• Added validations to the Active Code field on the SRG2600 report parameters screen to only allow “1”, “2”, or “blank”.

❏ Corrected an issue to ensure that skills-based report cards continue to be available and viewable after the campus changes to the future cycle.

❏ Corrected an issue when enrolling a new student and selecting a primary contact that caused a Required message to remain for that field after clicking Save and Continue.

❏ Modified the program so instruction notes from the Form Instructions field display on the New Student Enrollment page, Step 4-Student Information, in ParentPortal.
❏ Added field order functionality to the New Student Enrollment form in ParentPortal Admin so the field order changes are reflected in ParentPortal.

❏ Corrected the program in Form Creator when setting a field to be non-editable by leaving Editable unchecked, results in that field being not editable in Registration.

❏ Corrected an issue so the buttons and text information on enrollment standard forms will fully display.

❏ Corrected an issue so previously entered information on a custom form be will be viewable to parents after they have saved and submitted the form.

❏ Corrected the program so the Saved successfully message does not appear when the user presses Enter on their keyboard to save information. Saving on this screen will be consistent with other screens where the user must click Save to save their changes.
❏ Corrected the program so the Exam field will use the Exam parameters set in Grade Reporting > Maintenance > Tables > Campus Control Options > Ranges & Conversions to determine the lowest and highest exam grades allowed.
