SRG0100 - Campus Information

Registration > Reports > Registration Reports > Program > SRG0100 - Campus Information

This report provides the following campus information:

  • Campus profile from Registration
  • Campus control information from Grade Reporting
  • Table maintenance information from Grade Reporting
  • Campus master schedule information from Scheduling
  • Campus maintenance information from Attendance

Run the report:

ParameterDescription
Ending School Year (YYYY)

Type the four-digit ending school year. For example, for the 2023-2024 school year, type 2024.

Campus ID

Type the three-digit campus ID, or click ellipsis button to select the campus.

First-Third Track

Type the two-digit attendance track.

You can run the report for up to three tracks.

Print Staff ID SSN (Y, N, M)

Y - Print the staff ID. If employee number are used at the campus, the six-digit employee number is printed. If social security numbers are used, the staff ID is masked (e.g., XXXXX1234)

N - Do not print the staff ID.
