Receive Electronic Report Cards, IPRs, and Immunization Due Letters
Some districts allow parents/guardians to view electronic versions of their student's report cards, interim progress reports (IPRs), and Immunization Due letters in PDF format. In order to view your student’s report card, IPR, or Immunization Due in PDF format via txConnect, you must do the following:
- You must be a registered parent/guardian for the student.
- You must select Request electronic report card, IPR and Immunization Due Letter on the Edit Settings For My Students page in txConnect.
- When your student's report card, IPR, or Immunization Due letter is available, an email message will be sent to your registered email address indicating that the report card, IPR, or letter is available to view in txConnect. A link to the district’s txConnect login page is displayed as well. You must log in to txConnect to view the report card, IPR, or letter.
- If available for you to view, an icon
or 
is displayed on your student's Summary page providing a link to the .pdf file. Click the icon to open the file.
If you have not indicated that you want to receive electronic report cards, IPRs, and Immunization Due letters, your student's report card, IPR, or letter will be delivered in paper format as usual.
Recibir boletas de calificaciones electrónica, IPRs y cartas de fecha límite para vacunación
Algunos distritos permiten que los padres y tutores vean versiones electrónicas de las boletas de calificaciones,, reportes parciales de progreso (IPRs) y cartas de fecha límite de vacunación en formato PDF. Para ver la boleta de calificaciones, IPR, o carta de vacunación de su estudiante en formato PDF por medio de txConnect, debe hacer lo siguiente:
- Debe ser un padre/madre/tutor registrado del estudiante.
- Debe seleccionar Sin papel en la página Mi Cuenta en txConnect.
- Cuando la boleta de calificaciones, IPR o carta de vacunación de su estudiante estén disponibles, se enviará un mensaje de correo electrónico a su dirección de correo electrónica registrada, indicándole que puede ver la boleta,, IPR o carta en txConnect. Se incluye un enlace a la página de inicio de sesión de txConnect. Debe iniciar sesión e txConnect para ver la boleta de calificaciones, IPR o carta.
- Si está disponible para usted, aparecerá un ícono o en la página de Resumen de su estudiante, con un enlace al archivo .pdf. Haga clic en el ícono para abrir el archivo.
Si no ha indicado que desea recibir boletas de calificaciones, IPRs y cartas de vacunación electrónicas, la boleta de calificaciones, IPR y cartas de su estudiante se entregarán en formato impreso de la manera tradicional.
