Receive Electronic Report Cards, IPRs, and Immunization Due Letters

Some districts allow parents/guardians to view electronic versions of their student's report cards, interim progress reports (IPRs), and Immunization Due letters in PDF format. In order to view your student’s report card, IPR, or Immunization Due in PDF format via txConnect, you must do the following:

• You must be a registered parent/guardian for the student.
• You must select Request electronic report card, IPR and Immunization Due Letter on the Edit Settings For My Students page in txConnect.
• When your student's report card, IPR, or Immunization Due letter is available, an email message will be sent to your registered email address indicating that the report card, IPR, or letter is available to view in txConnect. A link to the district’s txConnect login page is displayed as well. You must log in to txConnect to view the report card, IPR, or letter.
• If available for you to view, an icon or is displayed on your student's Summary page providing a link to the .pdf file. Click the icon to open the file.

If you have not indicated that you want to receive electronic report cards, IPRs, and Immunization Due letters, your student's report card, IPR, or letter will be delivered in paper format as usual.
