Asset Management > Utilities > Fiscal Year Processing > Initialize Audit Tables
This utility is used to delete all selected historical audit files based on the file ID. After processing is completed, all existing audit tables selected are deleted.
Note: The initialize audit tables process modifies files, so it is recommended that you create a backup of your files before running this process.
❏ Select one or more of the following:
Field | Description |

Initialize Inventory Audit Table | Select to delete all inventory audit records for the logged-on file ID. |
Initialize Transaction Audit Table | Select to delete all transaction audit records for the logged-on file ID. |
Initialize Book Audit Table | Select to delete all book audit records for the logged-on file ID. |
❏ Click Process to update the selected records in the asset management tables. A message is displayed prompting you to create a system backup.
A message is displayed indicating that the process was completed successfully. Click OK.
