ASCENDER EmployeePortal Known Issues

Update 3.5.0000

These issues are a high priority and will be corrected as quickly as possible.

EmployeePortal > Self-Service > Demographics

❏ All data is being submitted as “changed” even if it is not changed. The email message received by the employee indicates that the data is being changed and it needs to be approved, if applicable.

EmployeePortal > Self-Service > Payroll

❏ This functionality is disabled due to issues with updating and adding bank account information.

EmployeePortal Online Help

❏ The Spanish translation for the EmployeePortal Online Help is not yet available; however, it is in progress.
