❏ Corrected the Fall PEIMS Student Extract calculation of As-of status codes C and E.

❏ Updated the program to add Graduation Type code 40 (Tx First Early High School Completion Program) to rule 40811-0028 in the Fall Student Extract in order to extract Endorsement Indicators.

State Reporting > Utilities > Create TSDS PEIMS Interchanges > Fall

❏ When endorsements in the Student Graduation Program group box are all coded 0 on State Reporting > Maintenance > Fall > Student > Leaver, the tagline is not showing a 0 when the Fall Student Enrollment Interchange is generated.

❏ Made the following edits for school year 2024 and beyond:

Leaver - If Graduation Type is not 34, 35, or 54-57, then Distinguished Coursework must be blank (48011-0028).
Leaver - If Distinguished Coursework is 2, then at least one Endorsement's must be 2 (48011-0020).
Leaver - If As of Status is B or C, then there must not be leaver data, unless Leaver Reason code is 01 (40100-0006).
Leaver - Student Leaver data should be empty when As of Status is F or G (40100-0141).
Leaver - If As of Status is A, then there must be Leaver data (40100-0005).
Leaver - Campus ID is required.
Leaver - Campus ID is invalid.
Leaver - Campus ID is invalid

❏ Made the following changes to the Master Schedule Interchange core collection:

Removed data element PROGRAM-EVALUATION-TYPE (E1626) (TX-ProgramEvaluationType).
Added existing data element CHILD-CARE-OPERATION-NUMBER (E1726) (TX-ChildCareOperationNumber) to the complex type as optional (Y) for the ECDS Prekindergarten Submission.

State Reporting > Utilities > Create TSDS Core Collections Interchanges > Special Education Language Acquisition

❏ Made the following changes to the Student Program Interchange core collection for the 2024 school year and beyond:

Revised TOOL-OR-ASSESSMENT-USED (E1668) (TX-ToolOrAssessmentUsed) to use codes and descriptions from Code Table DC166 instead of Code Table DC162.

Made TX-ConsentToEvaluationReceivedDatemandatory.
SPPI-11: data is now extracted from SR_STU_SPPI11.DT_CONSENT_EVAL_RCVD.
SPPI-12: data is now extracted from SR_STU_SPPI12.DT_CONSENT_EVAL_RCVD.
Deleted the StudentSpecialEdProgramAssociationExtension from the interchange.
