❏ Made the following edits for school year 2024 and beyond:

  • Leaver - If Graduation Type is not 34, 35, or 54-57, then Distinguished Coursework must be blank (48011-0028).
  • Leaver - If Distinguished Coursework is 2, then at least one Endorsement's must be 2 (48011-0020).
  • Leaver - If As of Status is B or C, then there must not be leaver data, unless Leaver Reason code is 01 (40100-0006).
  • Leaver - Student Leaver data should be empty when As of Status is F or G (40100-0141).
  • Leaver - If As of Status is A, then there must be Leaver data (40100-0005).
  • Leaver - Campus ID is required.
  • Leaver - Campus ID is invalid.
  • Leaver - Campus ID is invalid
  • Leaver - Campus ID should be 001-698.
  • Leaver - Invalid Leaver Reason Code.
  • Leaver - If Grade Level is less than 09, then Leaver Reason Code must not be 01 (40203-0015)
  • Leaver - If District Id is 211901, then Leaver Reason Code must not be 01 (40203-0017).
  • Leaver - If Leaver Reason is 01, then Graduation Date must not be blank (40203-0004).
  • Leaver - Graduation Date must be in the format, MM-YYYY.
  • Leaver - Graduation Date must be after July and before September (40203-0003).
  • Leaver - If Leaver Reason is 01, then Graduation Type code cannot be blank (40203-0004).
  • Leaver - Graduation Type is invalid.
  • Leaver - If Leaver Reason is 01, then IGC must not be blank (40203-0004).
  • Leaver - If Leaver Reason is 01, then IGC must be 00 or 02 (40203-0018).
  • Leaver - If IGC is 02, then Grade must be 12 (40203-0019).
  • Leaver - If Graduation Type is not 34, 35, or 54-57, then Distinguished Coursework must be blank (48011-0028).
  • Leaver - If Graduation Type is not 34, 35, or 54-57, then STEM must be blank (48011-0028).

  • Leaver - Second Industry Certification/License and Third Industry Certification/License must be different (48011-0026).
  • Leaver - If Third Industry Certification/License is not blank, then Second Industry Certification/License must not be blank (48011-0025).
  • Leaver - If Leaver Reason is 01, then Financial Aid Application must not be blank.
  • Leaver - If Leaver Reason is not 01, then Graduation Date must be blank (40203-0005).
