Registration > Utilities > TREx Export
This utility extracts a student's information, as required for the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Texas Records Exchange (TREx) system. You can extract data for one student at a time from the current year or previous year.
Note: TREx Export writes the Crisis Code for students who are enrolled at the end of the school year and have a record for a local program on Registration > Maintenance > Student Enrollment > Local Programs with TEA Crisis Code 1A, 1B, 1C, 8A, 8B, 8C, 9A, 9B, or 9C on Registration > Maintenance > District Profile > Local Program Codes.
Note: Only withdrawal reasons from table C162 can be used per TREx Data Standards. If the student's withdrawal reason is not valid per this table, the code changes it to 98.
