TeacherPortal Setup

Beginning of the school year:

The following tasks should be done at the beginning of the year and not modified during the year.

(Optional) Create course groups.

Create assignment categories.



During the school year:

The following tasks should be done at the beginning of the year but can be modified during the year.

Create seating charts.

Generate seating chart report.

Arrange student order.

Combine courses in attendance.

Set a default due date for assignments.

Add or update course notes.

Add teacher notes such as conference periods and contact information.

Create rubrics for grading assignments (if enabled for campus).

Generate rubric report (if enabled for campus).

Use Student Group Manager.
