SGR0350 - Student Counts by Teacher

Grade Reporting > Reports > Grade Reporting Reports > Instructors > SGR0350 - Student Counts by Teacher

This report provides student counts by instructor and course-section for the current year only. Self-paced courses are indicated.

Run the report:

ParameterDescription
Campus ID

Type the three-digit campus ID, or click ellipsis button to select the campus.

Control Nbr (Blank for All)

Type the three-digit control number (instructor ID), click ellipsis button to select the control number, or leave blank to select all control numbers.

Course Nbr (Blank for All)

Type the course number, including all leading zeros. Or, click Picklist to select the course. Leave blank to select all courses in the district.

Include Withdrawn Instructors (Y, N)

Y - Include inactive instructors. Inactive instructors are indicated with a number sign in the Teacher column.

N or blank - Do not include withdrawn instructors.
